Walking around Avon Gardens is such a magical and inspiring experience

This past weekend I had the joy of creating a live wedding painting in Indiana at the beautiful Avon Gardens. The setting was lush and full of greenery and butterflies, the perfect backdrop for such a sweet and intimate celebration. There are so many thoughtful details woven throughout this entire venue, I was smitten. With about 60 guests, the day felt family-centered and full of heartfelt moments.

For this week’s live painting, I offered guest portraits, which quickly became a favorite part of the evening. It was so much fun to capture everyone’s personalities in a playful and personal way. Guests loved taking home their portraits, and it added such a special touch to the celebration.

One of my favorite parts of working with this couple was designing a custom stamp together before the wedding. It made the day feel even more unique and personal to them, and it was wonderful to see their vision come to life. I love collaborating with couples to create artwork that matches their unique vision.

The garden setting made everything feel magical and timeless, and I loved painting surrounded by the flowers, trees, and laughter of their family and friends. It was such a beautiful reminder of why I love live wedding painting. Each wedding is one of a kind, and I get to help preserve the memory in a way that feels as alive as the day itself. We got lucky with gorgeous Indiana fall weather. The night was a little chilly, but in the best way.
